Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@dienedrinks.com within 14 days with photos — we’ll replace or refund it.

Because our products are food and drink, we can’t accept returns of opened bottles. Unopened bottles in original packaging can be returned within 14 days (minus shipping) — email us first to arrange it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
